Featured in the ZDF Documentary About Crete
I had the great honor of being part of a ZDF documentary about Crete, where I shared my story as a musician born and raised on this beautiful island.
The documentary, broadcast on ZDF (Germany’s national television), offers an authentic look at the heart of Cretan culture, tradition, and music. As a Cretan musician, I was invited to speak about the deep connection between our music, our land, and our memories.
In the film, I talk about my journey—from growing up in Crete to studying music in Germany, and how my roots continue to shape my sound today. I also perform a piece that blends Cretan tradition with modern influences, reflecting both my heritage and my personal musical path.
